1. Subscription Payments

• All subscription payments are taken monthly in advance.

• Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled before your next billing date.

2. Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused services, or where you have failed to make use of the leads provided.
Refunds will only be issued in the event of:

• A proven technical fault on our side preventing delivery of your alerts.

• An accidental duplicate payment.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

4. Important Note

Our service provides leads based on your criteria with estimated profit projections.
It is your responsibility to:

• Contact letting agents and pitch your rent-to-rent proposal.

• Conduct your own due diligence before making any commitments.

We are not responsible for any financial loss, unsuccessful negotiations, or deals that do not meet your expectations.
